2021 Annual Action Plan Survey
The City of Jefferson must prepare an Annual Action Plan that outlines the city's plans for the use of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grants in housing, infrastructure, public services and removal of blight. Projects must principally benefit low-moderate-income persons.
The city will use this survey to help identify funding priorities for the Community Development Block Grant program for 2021. The city anticipates to receive approximately $300,000 for 2021. Your participation in this survey enables the city to prioritize its HUD funding. We encourage you to share this survey with others in the community.
